Behind the dotted grille sit two sensors in their own little chamber, away from the electronics’ warmth. Their readings show live in Nova, so you can check from the sofa.

Is this a baby monitor?
No. Nova Room does not watch, listen to or measure your baby. It is not a medical device and it is not a safety alarm. It logs the sleep you tell it about and reports the room. Keep following safe sleep advice and checking on your baby as you do now.
Do I need a subscription?
No. One-press logging and room readings work with the free Nova Baby app. Nova Plus is optional and separate.
Does it work with Android?
Not yet. Nova Baby is an iPhone app, so Nova Room needs an iPhone with iOS 26 or later for setup.
When will it arrive?
It ships within 6 weeks of your order. We email you when it’s on the way. If we miss that window, we refund you in full without you having to ask.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Not yet. Nova Room ships to UK addresses only for now: England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Outside the UK? Email hello@getnovababy.com and we’ll tell you when we ship to you.
What if my Wi-Fi goes down?
Keep pressing. Every press is saved on the device first and blinks only once it’s stored. It holds up to 4,096 presses and sends them to Nova when the Wi-Fi is back.
Where should it go?
On a shelf or a wall you can reach, out of your baby’s reach, away from the cot, radiators and direct sun. Keep the cable out of reach too. It’s a small electronic device, not a toy.
Can more than one person use it?
That’s the point. Anyone in the room can press a key, and it lands in the Nova log for that baby. Only the person who sets it up needs the app.
What does the guarantee actually mean?
You have 30 nights from delivery. Email us and we send a prepaid return label, then refund the full price once it’s back. On top of that, the law gives you 14 days to cancel any online order. Details in our returns policy.
